Celeste Crianza, 2018
This is an “opulent, fruit-filled, full-bodied wine with intense colour that possesses the freshness, passion, and intensity of a star-filled night.” That said, it is my choice because people who know wine better than me make it their go-to bottle. Whenever they are with friends, it’s the bottle they bring or open.
Villa Sandi il Fresco Millisimato
The Prosecco Rosé presents itself revealing an elegant pink hue with copper highlights and a lively, persistent perlage. Its aromatic freshness offers a bouquet of red fruits and floral scents, in particular notes of pomegranate and rose. On the palate it is silky and full, with a very pleasant balance. Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal companion of finger foods, linguine pasta, delicate cheese and small pastry.
Pêra Doce White Blend – Portugal
Soft and easy white blend from southern Portugal that offers a delicate nose of stone fruit. The palate is dry but rounded with pleasant peach, pear and wet stone notes. The crisp acid makes for easy sipping and food pairing.
Fontanafredda Barolo, 2019
Clean, full and intense nose, with typical traces of withered flowers, dry leaves and underbrush. Robust and well-bodied, with acidity and firm tannins that give a sense of freshness that prolongs the finish.
Ideal with rich red meats, varying according to the wine and vintage, and medium and mature cheeses. Also lovely as an after-dinner wine.
90 Points – James Suckling
Plums and spice with hints of flowers. Medium-bodied with round tannins and a fresh finish. Delicate and polished. Drink or hold.
Malvirà Langhe Rosso, 2019
Beautiful smell… vanilla, red fruits and berries with some oak, leather and mild tobacco. I tasted this wine and it is more on the lighter side. Light tannins as well. Interesting flavors comprised of strawberries, blueberries, fresh cherries some dark chocolate in the end. Refreshing and so enjoyable! Experts say this wine pairs well with beef, pasta, lamb and game.
Pagos del Moncayo Prados Colección Syrah, 2021
Plums, plum jam, black cherry, light vanilla, light tobacco, oak wood, blackberry, blackcurrant, black olives, all in descending sense. Rich, full bodied but silky taste. Experts say this wine pairs will with beef, lamb, game and poultry.
Cult Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018
Heavy with full body but can feel the original fruit scent and deep taste. The unusual label seems to add imagination and enrich the taste. Experts say this wine is a match made in heaven with beef, lamb, game and poultry.
Bodegas Manzanos De Manzanos Garnacha Ecológico, 2016
Spice, berries and leather aromas. Pepper, black cherry, cassis and chocolate flavors. Fruity and spicy.

Secret Cellars Central Coast Chardonnay, 2021
This Chardonnay takes advantage of the Monterey area’s proximity to the Pacific Ocean and displays a certain elegance driven by this saving coastal freshness. Scents of pineapple, golden apple and pear characterize it, in an enveloping structure not devoid of balance.
Pork tenderloin stuffed with apples and old cheddar, Indian butter chicken, Thai beef salad.
Château de Berne 2021 Inspiration Rosé (Côtes de Provence)
This classically mouthwatering rosé is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. With its red berry flavors balanced by the wine’s lively acidity, this is fruity, juicy and ready to drink.
